PAYMENT ON SITE
Department Festival is a cash-free event. We only accept credit cards when paying at the entrance, bars, merch or when buying food. Only sale of earplugs is made with Swish.

FESTIVAL WRISTBAND
You must provide your ticket, printed or on your mobile at the entrance to get your festival band, before you gain access to the area. You are allowed to leave and re enter the area if you still wear your festival band on your arm. If the wristband is too loose or off, you will not be allowed to re enter.

AGE
You need to be at least 18 years if you want to go to the Department Festival.

ALCOHOL & DRINKS
You’re NOT allowed to bring your own drinks. Beer, wine, cider and non-alcoholic beverages are sold in the area. For beer lovers we will have craft beer from KIWI BREWERY in place. Water is free and can be found in the bars and at various water stations.

DEPARTMENT'S ENVIRONMENTAL WORK
There will be containers for different materials, please help us put the right waste in the right container. We ask you to respect this, otherwise we cannot sort and recycle the material. We have volunteers in the area who go around with our environmental forms. They will want to ask some questions and we hope you want to help us answer them. It takes no time at all and is completely anonymous.

FOOD
The Department Festival serves VEGAN food from three different food trucks. All food trucks only accept cards upon payment.

TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS
Photography for publication is not permitted without the festival's approval. You’re of course allowed to bring your mobile phone and use it to take pictures for individual use. As a private person you can bring your camera and lens with 55mm lens but without any extra accessories. Flash is not allowed to use. Filming and recording is not allowed but it is allowed to record and take pictures with a mobile phone.

SECURITY
The festival site has both security guards and health care personnel circulating. If you see or hear something that seems threatening or strange, contact one of these at the entrance and they will help you. Department Festival has a zero tolerance policy against racism, sexual harassment, other offending behaviors and all kinds of violence. At times when this may occur, we have the full right to relocate involved persons from the area and it may lead to a police report. If you see or hear anything, report to our security guards at the entrance.

TOILETS AND HYGIENE
There are several toilets in the area. Please remember to clean up after you.

STAGES
Förbindelsehallen is the large main stage inside the interconnecting room. The Little Globe is the smaller outdoor scene and the After Party takes place at Berns in the city centre of Stockholm.

EAR PLUGS
Sold outside the entrance and inside the area. Payment only via Swish.

TRAVEL TO AND FROM DEPARTMENT
We prefer that ALL visitors use Stockholm's public transport system to get to the festival area. If you travel from outside Stockholm we advise you to take the train. Please help us, and the planet, by traveling as environmental friendly as possible.

WARDROBE AND STORAGE
We have no wardrobe or storage in the area. If you bring bags, it is your own responsibility.

MY FAVORITE ARTIST CANCELED, CAN I RETURN MY TICKET?
You have bought a ticket to the Department Festival and not to a specific artist's performance. If one artist cancels, for whatever reason, you're not entitled to a refund.
